In reply to Elvissey's post on May 6, I checked and storage sense was off and set to Never delete my downloads folder. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved. Several others found that Disk Cleanup was set to run for Automatic Maintenance or to clean up windows.
Can you check that now? If you want to report this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback. They will not even see it here. This is a tech forums staffed mostly by volunteers trying to help others with your problems. Does disk clean up run on it's own? Because I never set it up to run on it's own. I also checked in the disk cleanup and my downloads folder was unchecked. Is there anyway to see a log of all the files that have been deleted on my PC? The problems started after I decided to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and keep all my files.
